F19: setting a low-pass filter in Vital

Retained analysis

An additional square-like OSC3 routes to Filter2, whose low-pass differs from Filter1 processing the FM carrier. Independent branch filtering lets a support component keep its own spectral shape while the primary layer moves.

Documentation and visible configuration; not a new native audio test. Project observations are distinct from the source author's claims.
