F24: enabling FM modulation in Vital

Retained analysis

An LFO assignment ring is visible on OSC1 FM amount; OSC2 tuning is shifted. The carrier/modulator relationship can evolve periodically, unlike F12's decaying envelope. Retain both tuning ratio and depth trajectory.

Documentation and visible configuration; not a new native audio test. Project observations are distinct from the source author's claims.
