F38: Modulating the frequency of OSC 1 with OSC 2

The caption says frequency modulation, but the highlighted target and tooltip read Phase Offset. Preserve the actual screenshot as phase-target modulation between oscillators, not literal proof of a frequency-input connection. This clarification retains the technique without copying an imprecise label.

Documentation and visible configuration; not a new native audio test. Project observations are distinct from the source author's claims.
