T14: Vital synth sample random phase

Retained analysis

The highlighted sampler control randomizes sample start position. This differs from oscillator phase randomization and from a Random modulation source. It changes which portion of a recorded resource begins playback, a consequential choice for repeatable transients versus varying sustained textures.

Documentation and visible configuration; not a new native audio test. Project observations are distinct from the source author's claims.
