Compressor, Distortion and Delay are active in that visible order; neighboring effects are disabled. The ordered graph, not just the set of effect names, is construction state. Compression before nonlinear processing can change the signal exciting that processing.

Documentation and visible configuration; not a new native audio test. Project observations are distinct from the source author's claims.
