T33: Vital synth phaser effect

Retained analysis

The phaser example shows multiple notches, a blend control and an 8/1 rate. Its response and motion are not the same mechanism as the adjacent flanger. The plot is a configuration/instantaneous-response view, not an audio measurement of the full instrument.

Documentation and visible configuration; not a new native audio test. Project observations are distinct from the source author's claims.
