T51: Modulating the filter with a velocity tracker

Retained analysis

Velocity is connected to Filter1 cutoff. Note intensity can affect the spectral response while amplitude follows a different control. This is a useful native relationship to preserve in an editable instrument, rather than baking one velocity's brightness into its wavetable.
