V38: Formant filter

Retained analysis

Formant AOIE replaces ordinary controls with X, Y, formant transpose, Peak and Spread. Multiple resonances move as a coordinated structure. Use X/Y trajectories for vowel-like evolution when appropriate; an amplitude envelope alone cannot specify that structure, and not every vowel impression proves a formant filter.

Documentation and visible configuration; not a new native audio test. Project observations are distinct from the source author's claims.
