V32: Slew Limiter Modifier

Retained analysis

Slew Limiter exposes separate Down Limit and Up Limit and visibly changes slope geometry. Asymmetric waveform transition limiting is an available source-shaping operation. It is not the LFO smoothing control or compressor attack/release; all three operate on different signals and scales.

Documentation and visible configuration; not a new native audio test. Project observations are distinct from the source author's claims.
